Importance of Physical Activity During the COVID-19 Pandemic


The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many of us to stay inside at home and sit down more than people usually do, which has impacted the regular physical activity or movement of the people. Adults Aged Over 18 Years: People over 18 years of age should do at least 150 minutes of moderate-high intensity exercise or physical activity, or at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity throughout the week.
