Balancing family and friends


Teenage can be a rough time, a lot of physical, social and psychological changes take place. In the middle of all the chaos, juggling between school, friends and family can get somewhat tricky. The children may prefer spending most of their spare time with friends rather than family. This may leave the parents with a sense of abandonment.

5. One meal together

 A ritual can be started in the family where all the members come together and have at least one meal together. This would give a chance to discuss their day.

6. Understanding

 The parents must keep their Internal Guidance System in check. The willingness to attend the children should not be according to their convenience.
